At our Aix Rosé Garden Bar, indulge in a curated selection of wines and gourmet delights. The star attractions include the elegant Aix Rosé and Taittinger Prestige Rosé, both perfectly suited for a refreshing springtime experience. For those who appreciate a well-crafted cocktail, there are three well crafted choices plus an alcohol free option. Our tapas menu elevates the experience with delectable dishes such as King Prawn Roll, fresh oysters, and mushroom arancini. Together, these flavours create a memorable culinary journey in a delightful setting.

Step into our enchanting Spring Garden Dome for a luxurious Rosé high tea experience. Surrounded by the beauty of spring, indulge in the exquisite Aix Rosé, perfectly paired with an array of sweet and savory delights. The dome’s serene ambiance enhances the experience as you sip on fine teas or freshly brewed coffee, creating a harmonious blend of flavours and elegance. This high tea invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life in a setting that celebrates the beauty of the season.

Welcome to the Rosé Garden, a springtime haven with bookings now open . Immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere where the season’s beauty comes to life through our carefully curated bar menu. Enjoy refreshing drinks that capture the essence of spring, from elegant rosés to creative cocktails, all complemented by a selection of gourmet bites. Join us for a memorable experience that blends the flavours of the season with the charm of a garden in full bloom.

* Inclement weather will close the Rosé Garden, and your booking will be cancelled. Your credit card pre-authorisation will be released and no monies will be retained if we cancel the reservation due to weather.
